Customer Service Experience (Full-Time, Remote) Company: Blessinger Legal PLLC Department: Customer Experience Reports To: CSE Supervisor Pay: $5-$7/hour USD Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Experience to serve as the first point of contact for clients. This role requires strong phone-handling skills, clear documentation, and a professional, empathetic communication style. The ideal candidate has prior U.S.-based customer service or receptionist experience and is comfortable handling multiple inquiries at once. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, chat, SMS, and social media Triage calls, log and categorize interactions, and escalate issues when needed Provide accurate information about services and next steps Follow up proactively with clients and internal staff Maintain accurate client records and documentation Perform administrative or outreach tasks during low call volume Application Instructions (Required) Include "Starfish CSR Member" in your application headline In your summary, briefly explain why you're interested and why you're a good fit Applications that do not follow instructions will not be reviewed. RequirementsRequirements (Must-Have) 1+ year experience as a receptionist or customer service representative in a U.S.-based company Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Experience handling inbound and outbound calls Strong documentation and call-logging skills Ability to manage multiple client interactions at once (up to 3 calls) Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Preferred Legal or immigration law experience Familiarity with INSZoom or Docketwise
