Clinical Study Supply Coordinator

Job Title:Clinical Product Management Associate (Entry?Level) Location:Franklin Lakes, NJ Pay Rate:$20$23/hour Must Haves: AAS in Science or related Allied Health field 1+ year experience in clinical trials, pharma, biotech, or medical device environment Exposure to clinical study supply management (IUO / Ancillary) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive labeling/kitting tasks Strong attention to detail and comfort working under SOPs and regulatory requirements Plusses: Inventory management system experience eTMF documentation exposure Experience supporting clinical logistics or product accountability Day?to?Day:Support the Clinical Product Management team with procurement, inventory management, and shipping of clinical study supplies. Responsibilities include tracking inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining inventory databases, assembling kits, labeling and inspecting study product, and ensuring compliant storage conditions. This role also assists with study close?out activities, domestic and international shipping documentation, and eTMF filing while partnering closely with Clinical Project Managers and Medical Affairs.
