Apply via Dice today!Title: BA/PM Must have both BA and PM skillsDuration: 12+ MonthsLocation : 3x a week onsite in NYC - LocalsMOI : SkypeLinkedin is must with Proper Pic and project Description.MUST HAVE: 10+ years experienceMust have clearing experience - US Treasury CCP programMust have both BA and PM skills (role is 50/50)Must have strong front office capital markets experienceMust have strong understanding of of testing frameworks and coordinationCoordinate test planning and strategy (will not do testing themselves)Strong ExcelBA/PMKey Skills Required10+ years'' experience with a proven ability to lead initiatives and influence senior stakeholders within Capital Markets Strong project management experience in complex, regulated environments (Tier 1 banks or top consulting firms) Experience in Quality Assurance and Test Management within Capital Markets, including test strategy design Experience navigating large, complex organizations and stakeholder groups and proven ability to work with Front Office, Trading, Sales, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Control functions Strong knowledge of Markets products and environments with focus on fixed income products (repos, bonds), trade lifecycle, and system migrations Understanding of clearing houses, clearing models, and front-to-back CCP clearing processes (preferred) Experience with booking model change and transformation Advanced Excel skills for large data sets, analysis, and reporting Client outreach, repapering, and onboarding experience
