Job Description
· Design of new airframe structure.
· Mostly composite but some metallic structure.
· Designing new composite and metallic structure.
· Collaborating with stress, planning and manufacturing to produce a design acceptable to all.
Requirements
· BS or higher in Mechanical, Civil and Aerospace Engineering
· 5 years’ experience in airframe design with Catia V5 or V6. Prefer V6 experience.
· Must have composite experience including layup definition and familiarity with manufacturing methods.
· Must be proficient with Word and Excel.
· Composite Workbench experience preferred.
· Catia V6 experience preferred.
