You will produce and create metal goods.Benefits:MedicalDentalVision401(k)Life InsurancePTOResponsibilitiesAssist in making parts for tin ductwork and fittings, using breaks, rolls, hand tools, and proven methods to make quality partsAdhere to the blueprints to fulfill the product specificationsDetermine material dimensions to confirm requirementsInspect and examine parts to ensure they meet the quality standards and expectationsEnsure that equipment and tools are used and kept in good working order, for longevity of tool life and safety purposesThis position is safety sensitive RequirementsPrior experience in fabricating ductwork from light-gauge metalsExperience with HVAC ductwork is a plusExperience with prints, sketches, and drawingsStrong capabilities in interpreting engineering blueprints and drawingsExperience with fabrication and hand toolsExcellent understanding of various types of metal and their respective propertiesCapacity to manage physical demandsFamiliarity with Safety regulations and readiness to utilize personal protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, face shields, gloves, and steel-toed bootsOSHA 10-hour will be required within 30 days of employmentExperience with painting, welding is a PLUS, and willingness to be a backup for these positions BenefitsMedicalDentalVision401(k)Life InsurancePTO
