Studio Manager
ROLE SUMMARY
The Studio Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, membership growth, staff development, and operational excellence while delivering an exceptional member experience. This role is held to clearly defined performance standards aligned with boutique fitness industry benchmarks and organizational growth objectives.
Compensation:
Salary Base: 50k+ based on management and industry experience
Potential Monthly & Quarterly Bonus: 15-20k
Commissions: 10% of Sales or set incentive pay on promotional items, no cap.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Pilates fitness knowledge/background preferred.
Fluent in English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the owner may find acceptable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
Excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must have proficient computer skills.
Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Drive & Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing sales.
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual's needs and wants.
Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
Contributes to the studio achieving 20% of organic prospect leads each month
Manages Social Media Platform
Min 16 posts per month/ 4x per week
Min 12 stories per month/ 3x per week
All messages, comments, and engagements are responded to
Contributes on Member VIP FB group
Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider.
Present available services to current or prospective members.
Book and assist the team in booking quality appointments to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quota.
Freeze/Unfreeze memberships.
Handle escalated customer situations
Handle refund and cancellation requests
Maintain appropriate supplies in the studio
Retail
Inventory count & consolidation at the end of month.
Coordinate new retail with Regional
Implement a schedule of retail rotation with front desk staff.
Implement process for member milestones, 100/250/500+ Club for members including offer and certificates.
Maintaining chalkboard, event posters and printed flyers in the studio.
Ensure with front desk staff to assure all tasks are being completed to expectations.
Meet with the Regional Team weekly, or at scheduled cadency.
Coordinate, organize and host staff monthly meeting
Creating and coordinating studio staff schedules
Continuous education, support, and development of sales staff
Member engagement, celebrations, and communication on events and promotions. Including but not limited to;
Monthly email newsletter
Social media posts & comments
Member FB VIP Page
Milestone certificates and acknowledgement
Flexible Scheduling- position requires one evening shift per week, and one weekend per month. This requirement is minimum, based on studio demand.

Staff KPI Performance: Active coaching and corrective action as needed
