Account Coordinator, Real Estate (Advertising Agency)

A full-service advertising agency in Fort Worth is hiring an Account Coordinator to support its growing Real Estate group. The agency prides itself on a collaborative, family-oriented culture with a focus on mentorship, professional development, and a fun work environment.This is a foundational account service role designed for someone early in their agency career. The Account Coordinator will support the Real Estate team in managing client relationships and account initiatives, learning how every aspect of an agency operates along the way. The position includes extensive one-on-one mentoring and coaching from the account service team, covering everything from taking projects from inception to completion to effectively selling ideas. The role partners closely with a manager who will train and develop the coordinator for growth in account service.A strong fit for someone with 1-2 years of post-graduation agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and is eager to build a career in advertising account management.What the Role CoversSupporting the Real Estate team in managing client relationships and account initiativesLearning the full scope of account service, from project management through client presentationPartnering with account managers to take projects from inception to completionWorking across agency disciplines to understand how creative, media, and strategy come togetherBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsManaging multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentQualifications1-2 years of post-graduation experience working in an advertising agency (client-facing experience a plus)Bachelor's degree in marketing or communicationsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs, Sheets, and SlidesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailCreative thinker and self-starter who can handle multiple projects simultaneouslyTeam player with a positive attitude, flexible and adaptable to changeAmbition to grow in advertising and advance in account serviceExperience in residential real estate development or destination and family entertainment marketing preferred but not requiredBenefits401(k) with 3% employer contribution.
