Registered Dental Hygienist – Etters, PA | Great Pay + Benefits!Beautiful Smiles Family Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Etters, PA. We are a privately owned, single-location family practice that will be celebrating 20 years of serving our community in 2025.Tired of corporate dentistry, rushed appointments, and high patient volume? Our office prioritizes patient-centered care and allows ample time for each appointment—no double-booking, no rushed cleanings. You’ll have the time and support you need to provide top-quality care.Bonus: We have a therapy pup in the office—must love dogs!Schedule: Part Time available, start with 1 day and move into 2 days (Please apply if you can work any of the following days)Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMThursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PMFriday: 7:00 AM - 2:00PMCompensation and Benefits:$40 to $50 per hour (depending on experience)$1000 sign on bonus (after 90 days)SIMPLE IRA with employer matchReferral programResponsibilities:Provide comfortable, patient-focused careConduct oral screenings and review health historiesIdentify conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitisPerform cleanings, apply preventative care, take X-raysEducate patients on proper oral hygieneAssist the doctor with treatment planningMaintain accurate patient recordsFollow proper sterilization and infection control proceduresRequirements:Active PA RDH licenseLocal Anesthetic certificationStrong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitudeAttention to detailDentrix experience preferred but not requiredIf you’re looking for a supportive environment where you’re truly valued and can take pride in the care you give, we’d love to hear from you.
