Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to other developers, and help build a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. Technology Research & Evaluation: Stay current on emerging trends and evaluate new technologies to decide whether and when they should be added to the platform. System Maintenance & Security: Keep applications and systems well-maintained, secure, and up to date Infrastructure Improvement:
Must Haves:
- 10-15 years of experience
- Strong Java (core skill – screen for this first).Full stack: React preferred; Angular OK if they can pick up React.
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS preferred, GCP acceptable).Excellent attention to detail and numeric accuracy; follows assignment instructions thoroughly.
- Uses AI coding tools
- Strong, scalable design skills; a role model who won't add tech debt.
- FinTech, especially reporting and public/private investing; private equity
