Financial Analyst

Overview:Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This role will work closely with leadership across multiple business units, so the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and present financial information clearly is essential.Key Responsibilities:Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processesAnalyze financial results and help explain variances, trends, and key business driversSupport preparation of management reporting packages and presentationsMaintain and update financial models, reports, and dashboardsPartner with accounting and operational teams to gather and analyze financial dataAssist leadership with ad hoc reporting and financial analysis requestsHelp improve reporting processes and identify efficiencies where possibleCommunicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2–4 years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related experienceAdvanced Excel skills requiredStrong verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to interact professionally with different personalities and levels of leadershipStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
