Salesforce Lead Developer

This is a 100% Onsite role.Local candidates preferred. In-person interview is required.We are not working on C2C for this position. Candidate MUST be open to W2/1099 employment.We are not sponsoring or transferring any work visas. We are seeking an experienced Senior level Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor developers, oversee offshore teams, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.Required qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with more than 8 years of progressive experience in Salesforce CRM development.2+ years of experience serving as a Lead Salesforce Developer or Technical Lead.Proven experience managing and coordinating offshore Salesforce development teams.Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrationsExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and deployment best practices.Experience with version control and CI/CD tools is preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative onsite environment.Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification are highly preferred.Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and Agile development methodologies.Prior experience working in enterprise Salesforce implementations with distributed teams is desired.Insurance industry experience is will be a huge plus.Please note:We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent applications.
