Office Manager
Seeking a part time office manager. 4 hours of work per day at an hourly rate. Preferably would like to find someone in college who could move over full-time once graduated. We are a growing company and would need a full-time office manager in a year or two. Bilingual needed (English and Spanish) as the majority of the company's employees are Spanish speaking only. Far majority of work would be from home, sometimes would require the office manager to visit our office/warehouse and go to the MVA a few times a year as well as management meetings every two weeks in person.
Work would consist of sending proposals, invoices, following up on outstanding invoices, scheduling work with clients, managing the company's vehicles, biweekly payroll input, working with our insurance companies, returning client emails and other small tasks. It's a lot of small tasks but all can be handled with 1-2 hours of work most days, 3 if things get real busy. We would supply a laptop computer for the work to be done at your home.
We are also looking for the same person to use our software to call potential employees and would pay commission by lead provided. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!
