We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.SummaryThe Senior Analyst - Parts Logistics position will be responsible for supporting, planning, organizing, evaluating, and reporting all activities associated with the Parts Distribution business. Their tasks include, but are not limited to, daily monitoring, analyzing relevant data, formulating reports, developing presentations, providing support with selecting and managing carriers, preparing network optimization studies, and developing and monitoring annual business plans as related to parts distribution.ResponsibilitiesOversee Parts Distribution Daily OperationsDirectly investigating and troubleshooting daily operational issuesMonitor daily operations as related to Parts DistributionMaintain consistent daily communication with carriers and customers to ensure seamless resolutionFulfill customer requests for KPI reportingAssist with development of KPI's to measure the effectiveness of the carriers/service providersMaintain open dialogue with other departments to coordinate activities and improve performance and productivityBilling Forecast & Accruals, Departmental Projects, and RFPPrepare analysis, projections, and forecasts as they relate to Parts DistributionAssist with all business activities with EDI and manual invoicingReporting & AnalyticsAssist in financial and operational due diligence, when applicable, by collecting and analyzing financial and operational dataCollect historical data, and research/consider trends (from an internet source or target company's internal systems) to develop a reasonable forecastPrepare project status reports, profitability reports, executive summaries and presentations as neededPrepare and distribute daily and weekly KPI reports: on-time, claims and exceptionsFormulate project reports as requested by Finance and/or Operations departmentsDevelop recommendations and prepare necessary approval documents for management in Operations and FinanceSupport annual business plan preparationParticipate software development and/or system improvements as related to parts distributionOther duties as assignedCompensation Range$54,000 - $59,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)Benefits of working at GLOVIS America Inc.Medical InsuranceVision InsuranceDental InsuranceHealth Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Basic Life and AD&D as well as Short-Term & Long-Term DisabilityPaid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick leaveHospital and Critical Illness InsuranceWellness Program and Gym Reimbursement*401(k) with Generous MatchingReferral Bonuses*Auto Allowance*Quarterly Employee Lunches, Summer Refreshments, and Monthly Team Building Activities*Discretionary Bonuses*Tuition Reimbursement**Benefits may vary by location.
