Regional Sales Manager

Duties include but not limited to Follow up and qualify prospective sales leads in the region to ensure sufficient backup orders. Manage, coach and promote sales channel partners performance of the targeted market with efficient, professional communications and tools. Responsible for the key customers relationship management and the development of long-term strategic partnership plan. Work closely with regional sales manager, application engineers in winning a prospective job. Participate in trade shows, exhibits and conferences. Contribute to market research and analysis; including collect and identify the industry information, trends and competitive landscape. Requirements Degree in engineering or business major (Bachelor or Master). 2+ years of professional work experience in high technology or manufacturing industry sales; experience in 3D printing is preferred. Sales & management capabilities: establish effective strategies for business relationships and pricing to achieve project profitability; effectively manage the sales partners' business. Efficient communication & sales skills: ability to translate technical features into customers' benefits. Strong technical knowledge and skills to develop, deliver professional sales presentations. Strong critical and logical thinking to manage the complexity of the project, and good execution skill. Responsible and self-motivated; respond well to challenges. Strong teamwork spirit, combined with an independent, organized way of working. Fluent in English, willing to take short-term business trip as needed. Any additional language skills such as Spanish or Chinese would be a plus. Salary Commensurate with experience. DOE/EOE
