Work Location: Ashland, VA Compensation: $18–$20/hour depending on your background Role Summary Our warehouse facility in Ashland, VA is looking for dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to become part of our energetic team. Primary Duties Utilize forklifts and related machinery to effectively transport, organize, and stack various materials. Manage the loading and unloading of freight while confirming accurate counts and ensuring careful handling. Conduct routine equipment checks to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately. Adhere to all established safety protocols and operational standards to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Maintain warehouse order and assist in keeping inventory records accurate. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure we hit our daily shipping and production targets. Requirements Previous forklift operation is necessary; specific roles may also require proficiency with reach trucks, stock pickers, or electric pallet jacks. A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. Demonstrate high attention to detail and the capacity to execute both written and spoken directives. Capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy items consistently during your shift to support operational flow. Reliable, collaborative, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
