The successful candidates will serve as strategic partners to the executive team, providing governance, and oversight, and offering strategic input on company initiatives, growth opportunities, and operational optimization. Board members are expected to be highly engaged, participating in quarterly in-person meetings, and investor calls, and actively contributing beyond board meetings. The ideal candidates will have a background in senior living, value-based care, or payer-side executive roles, with a deep understanding of the respective qualification areas. Responsibilities for the Board of Directors include reviewing and advising on financial performance, KPIs, and management reports, as well as collaborating with the CEO and PE sponsor to support business milestones and long-term objectives. Strategic engagement also involves offering introductions to potential partners, guiding management in various operational aspects, and supporting the recruitment of key executives. The company is particularly interested in individuals with a growth mindset, a willingness to be hands-on, and a strong network in the healthcare industry.
