As a Canvasser, you'll distribute materials to potential customers. No prior experience needed - just the determination and energy to walk 7-10 miles daily, achieve your goals, and infuse enthusiasm into each interaction. What You'll Do Each Day: ● Arrive at the office by 8:30 AM, ready to start your day. ● Collect your marketing materials. ● Drive to your designated marketing areas. ● Deliver 300 door flyers daily, accurately logging each one in our state-of-the-art tracking software. ● Return to the office by 4:15 PM to review your daily report and wrap up a productive day. ● Clock out by 4:30 PM. When You'll Do It: ● Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. ● 1-hour lunch break. ● Workdays are weather permitting; if severe weather occurs, a 2-hour guaranteed pay will be provided. Severe weather includes conditions such as heavy thunderstorms, lightning, heavy snow, icy roads, and tornado-like conditions, but does not apply to light rain or snow. Total Compensation: ● Hourly wage: $20 per hour. ● Weekly pay every Friday. ● 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO), accrued-based. ● Comprehensive health benefits. ● Quarterly company sales bonuses: ○ Company hits quarterly sales target and you earn a $1,000 bonus! ○ Company achieves 80% of the target and you receive a $500 bonus. Qualifications: ● Dependable with a strong commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance. ● Consistent ability to meet flier delivery targets. ● Effective communication and organizational skills. ● Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation. ● Municipal solicitation permits required; must be able to pass a government background check.
