Associate Program Manager – Proposal Management | Fortune 500 Healthcare ClientWe're looking for an Associate Program Manager to support a leading healthcare organization in managing high-impact RFPs and proposals. If you have experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects from start to finish, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.What You'll Do:Manage the full RFP/proposal lifecycle from intake to final submissionCoordinate timelines, deliverables, and proposal calendars to meet deadlinesPartner with Sales and Executive Leadership to align on win strategiesFacilitate kickoff meetings, reviews, and cross-functional collaborationEnsure proposals are compliant, accurate, and aligned with client requirementsTrack performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and support process improvementsMaintain proposal templates, documentation, and centralized content librariesWhat You Bring:2–4+ years of experience in proposal management, program management, or business developmentHands-on experience managing RFPs end-to-end (not just writing/reviewing)Strong communication skills with ability to work with senior stakeholdersHighly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlinesExperience with tools like Loopio, Salesforce, GSuite, or similar platformsBachelor's degree preferredTop performers are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in deadline-driven environments while collaborating effectively across teams.Location: Yardley, PA (Hybrid – Tue–Thu onsite)Pay: $30–$35/hourIf you have an interest in the Associate Program Manager – Proposal Management , please apply now!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
