You will be responsible for managing the post-closing relationship with homeowners, ensuring that their new home meets our high standards of quality and their peace of mind remains intact.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners during their warranty period (typically the first 1–2 years).Assessment: Determine if items fall under the established Residential Construction Performance Guidelines.Trade Coordination: Schedule specialty team members accordingly to operating procedures to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time.Administrative Excellence: Maintain detailed records of all service requests, work orders, and communications within our CRM/Warranty software.What We're Looking ForTechnical Skills & ExperienceExperience: 2–5 years in trade, customer service within the residential construction industry.Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to handle difficult conversations with homeowners while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.Tech Literacy: Proficiency in software (e.g., BuildPro, CoConstruct, or BuilderTrend) and Microsoft Office.Core CompetenciesThe "Fixer" Mentality: You enjoy solving puzzles and finding the root cause of a problem.Empathetic Communicator: You can explain complex construction concepts to a homeowner in a way that is easy to understand and reassuring.Master of Logistics: You can juggle multiple schedules and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
