This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven commercial real estate expert to grow market share and build meaningful client relationships in the Cleveland real estate market.Candidate ProfileHigh school diploma or equivalent is required2+ years of substantive commercial real estate transactional or sales experienceStrong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including federal and state title insurance regulations.Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationshipsKey ResponsibilitiesServe as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional mattersConduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plansDevelop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business, while strengthening existing client relationshipsEngage with law firm clients and real estate agents, brokers, and lenders through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentationsAssess individual client needs and objectives to deliver compelling, tailored presentationsMaintain strong visibility in the Cleveland commercial real estate market by attending networking events and industry functionsWhy Join Us?Become part of a dynamic team at an inclusive company that truly values its employees.
