A company is looking for a Health Coach in the PST time zone. Key Responsibilities Engage with members to identify needs and assist with benefit navigation and health information Educate members on plan benefits and provide resources for healthcare decision support Screen for high-risk situations and refer members to appropriate resources Required Qualifications Certified Health Coach 2+ years of clinical experience in acute care, corporate wellness, or digital coaching Experience with Motivational Interviewing Proficiency with MS Office applications Reside in the PST time zone to support an 8:00 am - 5:00 pm member base
