Position Summary Howard Intervention Center is seeking a motivated and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and evaluating individualized ABA treatment programs for children across home, school, and center-based settings. This role requires strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and collaboration with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Lead RBTs, families, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure measurable client progress and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill-based assessments Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and Lead RBTs Train staff and caregivers on ABA strategies, data collection procedures, and behavior support techniques Monitor treatment integrity and client progress through systematic data review and observation Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with BACB, state, and funding source requirements Collaborate with families and team members to promote generalization of skills across environments Remain current on BACB requirements and evidence-based ABA practices Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field State licensure (if applicable) in good standing Minimum1 year of experience designing and overseeing ABA treatment programs preferred Strong leadership, supervision, and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
