Boundless Psychotherapy Fellowship at The Boundless Fellowship Clinic (MAY START DATE)Boundless is a virtual, trauma-focused group practice serving thoughtful, high-functioningBIPOC, POC, South Asian, & Queer adults across New York, New Jersey, & Massachusetts.Many of our clients are working professionals navigating identity, relationships, burnout, trauma,and life transitions within complex cultural and systemic contexts.We’re looking for seasoned MHC students who want real clinical responsibility, deep relational work, and training that prepares you for post-graduate practice—not busywork. This position begins in the fall semester of 2026, and we are looking for 8-20 hours per week in adherence with your field requirements.What This Internship IsThis is a hands-on clinical placement in a private-pay setting. You’ll work with adult clientswho are invested in therapy and looking for meaningful, long-term engagement. This placementis best for students who are confident speaking with clients, comfortable holding emotionalintensity, and interested in relational depth.This is not a silent-observer or “blank slate” environment. Our clinicians are active, thoughtful,and human in the room.What You’ll DoAs an intern, you will:● Conduct initial consultation calls with prospective clients● Carry a small caseload of individual adult clients via telehealth● Learn how clients are engaged, converted, and retained in private practice● Participate in weekly supervision and group consultation● Practice therapy through a trauma-informed, relational, and systems lens● Contribute your voice, ideas, and perspective to the practice● Engage in marketing efforts & practice operationsHow We WorkBoundless clinicians are trained in modalities including DBT, IFS, EMDR, andpolyvagal-informed therapy.
