Here, your growth powers our success.Position OverviewAMSI Services, a division of VMG, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our fast-paced service operations team.This role is critical to ensuring efficient scheduling, clear communication, and seamless coordination between customers and field technicians. You will play a key role in keeping service operations running smoothly while delivering a high level of customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate HVAC service calls with customers and field techniciansDispatch technicians based on skillset, location, and priorityCommunicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure satisfactionMaintain an accurate and up-to-date service scheduleCreate, review, and close out work orders and service ticketsOrder and track parts required for service jobsTrack open service calls and follow up to ensure timely completionSupport billing by ensuring work orders are complete and accurateAssist with warranty tracking and maintenance contract coordinationServe as a liaison between field teams, customers, and internal departmentsMaintain accurate records in ServiceTitan or similar systemsQualifications2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or administrative supportExperience in HVAC, mechanical, or construction service environment preferredFamiliarity with ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Ability to stay organized and calm under pressureWhat We're Looking ForA strong communicator who keeps both customers and technicians informedHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesTeam-oriented and proactiveDetail-driven with strong follow-throughWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)Paid time off and company holidaysOpportunities for career growth and developmentA collaborative, team-oriented work environmentJoin VMGReady to build your career with a growing service team?
