Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Redwood UX Functional Implementation• Design and configure Redwood-based HCM experiences, including:o Redwood pages and workflows o Role based landing pageso Personalized journeys and employee/manager experiences• Collaborate with technical teams for Redwood-compliant extensions, validations, and data models.• Ensure accessibility, usability, and adherence to Redwood design principles.Testing, Deployment & Hyper Care• Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and support SIT/UAT cycles.• Coordinate with QA and business teams on issue triage and resolution.• Support production deployment, cutover activities, and post go live hyper care.Required Qualifications• 14+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.• Minimum 2–3 end to end HCM Cloud implementations in a functional lead role.• Strong hands on skills in: o Global HR (Core HR, worker lifecycle, approvals, HCM extracts)o ORC / Recruiting Cloudo Learning Cloudo HR Helpdesko Journeys, Checklists, Fast Formulas (reading & functional understanding)• Proven experience implementing Oracle Redwood UX (functional perspective):o Redwood page configuration o Redwood user journeys o Role based UX experiences• Ability to define requirements, create solution designs, and drive business decisions.
