Success in this role means building an engaged team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving business goals, and continuously elevating every aspect of the operation.What You'll DoLead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional hospitality and service.Create and sustain a culture of accountability, recognition, development, and teamwork.Lead by example, modeling Studio C's values in every interaction with guests, team members, and vendors.Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while building a strong pipeline of future leaders.Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support.Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and coordination of front- and back-of-house teams.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.Continuously identify opportunities to improve operations, enhance the guest experience, and elevate team performance.Foster a culture of hospitality and excellence by ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience and that feedback and concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to drive profitability while controlling labor, food, and beverage costs.Utilize key performance indicators and business data to make informed decisions and improve results.Build meaningful community connections and support initiatives that strengthen the One Twenty Three Tavern brand.What You'll Need To Succeed5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience with responsibility for operations, financial performance, and team development.Demonstrated success building, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams while developing future leaders.Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.Proven ability to analyze business performance, manage budgets, and make sound operational and financial decisions.Experience leading through change, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with restaurant and administrative software systems.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.A passion for hospitality and a commitment to Studio C's core values of Enthusiastically Hospitable, Show Up for the Team, Pride in What We Do, Continually Elevating, and Playfulness.Benefits & PerksMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, 401(k), and Long-Term Disability (eligibility requirements apply)Employee Assistance ProgramFREE Movies and discounted concessions at our theatresA fun, friendly, and welcoming culture in an exciting industryOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement within Studio CAt Studio C, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
