Construction Manager /Scheduler - Data Center Retrofit

THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.SOFT's client is looking for a HYBRID Engineering PM/Scheduler Planner with the following experience and capabilities:Must be able to work onsite 1 week per month in Hazelton/Berwick area of PA.OverviewThe PM / Scheduler Planner will support a 35‑week retrofit of two existing buildings into a data center, working on the GC side of the build. This role owns the integrated schedule, with a key focus on incorporating the electrical contractor’s scope into the master plan, and requires strong client‑facing and PM skills—not a back‑office scheduler.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update the integrated project schedule, including electrical contractor activities, in Primavera (XER).Produce clear weekly schedule narratives outlining progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.Create and manage the critical path and 4/6/8‑week look‑ahead schedules to support planning and execution.Identify and track schedule risks, issues, and blockers; facilitate resolution with the project team.Lead or participate in interactive planning sessions with GC, trades, and owner stakeholders.Interface frequently with the client/owner, GC leadership, and subcontractors to align expectations and timelines.Provide schedule-driven input to the project manager on sequencing, phasing, and resource needs.Excellent communication skills.This is a mostly remote role with required travel to Berwick, PA one week per month for onsite coordination and planning.
