Warehouse Associate

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Seasonal Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that products are handled, stored, and shipped accurately and safely. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow. Job Description We are looking for a dependable and motivated Seasonal Warehouse Associate to join our team. The holiday season is one of our busiest times of the year, so we are actively hiring additional support to keep up with demand. In this role, you'll help process, pick, and pack customer orders and assist with general warehouse operations. Weekly hours may vary based on business needs. For strong performers, there may be opportunities to transition into a full-time role after the holiday season. Responsibilities Unload, sort, and store incoming inventory Pick and pack customer orders accurately Use handheld scanners and follow order instructions Perform basic quality checks before shipping Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and procedures Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Lift and move products (up to 50 lbs) and be on your feet for most of the shift Qualifications No prior warehouse experience required — we’ll train the right person Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks Strong attention to detail and reliability Willingness to work flexible hours week to week Positive attitude and team mindset Benefits Starting pay of $16.50+/hour On-the-job training provided Friendly and supportive team environment Flexible part-time scheduling Potential for post-holiday season full-time employment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule On-the-job training Language: English (Required) Ability to Commute: Riverside, CA 92507 (Required) Work Location: In person
