This full-time role involves precision work with thermoplastic and thermoset parts using a variety of semi-automated tools and equipment. If you enjoy hands-on, detailed work and take pride in quality and consistency, this may be the ideal opportunity.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Perform manual assembly tasks to strict customer requirementsInsert components, apply adhesives, and mark parts per specificationsUse semi-automated tools such as engraver units, pneumatic crimping tools, hydraulic presses, and potting compound systemsSet up new jobs with minimal supervision, ensuring minimal scrap or falloutIdentify and escalate quality issues within the production cellTrain and delegate tasks to lower-level operators when requiredMeasure parts and assemblies using calipers, micrometers, height stands, CMM, and other toolsComplete all required documentation clearly and accuratelySupport continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality.Compensation and Benefits:Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
