Vice President of Clinical Services

Confidential Nursing and Rehab - A progressive and established long-term care organization is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Clinical Services to provide strategic leadership and oversight of clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This individual will serve as a key member of the executive team, driving quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence throughout the organization.Responsibilities:Provide executive leadership and direction to facility-based clinical and nursing teams.Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs that promote superior resident care and regulatory compliance.Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives to ensure consistent, measurable outcomes.Collaborate with regional and facility leadership to support clinical education, staff development, and best practices.Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local regulations to maintain compliance and readiness for survey.Serve as a clinical advisor to the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and organizational growth.Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence in resident care.Qualifications:Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required; advanced degree (BSN, MSN, or related field) preferred.Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing operations.Proven track record of improving clinical outcomes, survey results, and quality metrics across multiple facilities.Strong understanding of CMS regulations, quality measures, and clinical reimbursement systems.Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to travel regionally to support facilities as needed.Confidentiality Notice:This is a confidential executive search.
