Quality Control Manager

We're seeking an experienced quality leader with a strong background in precast concrete manufacturing, quality assurance, and production operations to join our team as a Quality Control Manager. In this role, you'll lead quality programs, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across our precast manufacturing operations.What You'll Do: Oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities for our facility, ensuring products meet PCI, ACI, ASTM, regulatory, and customer specifications.Partner with production, engineering, and operations teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Control TechniciansOversee inspections, testing, and quality monitoring throughout productionEnsure compliance with PCI, ACI, ASTM, and company quality standardsManage concrete mix designs and optimize for performance, quality, and costCollaborate with plant operations, engineering, and project teamsMaintain quality documentation, test reports, and compliance recordsRequired Qualifications:PCI Level II Certification minimum3+ years of quality control experienceExperience in concrete manufacturing, precast operations, or batch plant quality controlBackground in construction, building materials, or industrial manufacturingAbility to interpret shop drawings, specifications, and technical documentsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesBenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageRelocation assistance availableLong-term career advancement opportunities into broader leadership roles
