You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesExecutes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsCreates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systemsProduces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code developmentProactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architectureAdds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectAbility to work in large, collaborative and geographically distributed teams to achieve organizational goals.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsFormal training or certification on software engineering* concepts and 3+ years applied experience Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languagesOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleSolid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityKnowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.Exposure to Public or Private cloud-based development.Familiarity with Containerization and Microservices.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsFull stack developer with proven experience in building scalable and robust applications.Strong technical knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft .NET/.NET Core framework and C# coding.Strong object-oriented design skills and familiarity with advanced design patterns and practices.Strong SQL Server application development skills.Knowledge of Active Directory, IIS, and LDAP is required.Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Angular / React etc.
