Assistant Controller

We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to help lead the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, effective cost management, while driving process improvements and automation initiatives—playing a key role in driving the profitability of our audio panel production.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or CMA required8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentAt least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experienceExperience in a public company and/or public accounting environmentSkills That Will Set You ApartStrong understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and GAAPProven ability to leverage ERP and data tools to analyze large datasets and improve processesAbility to translate complex data into actionable insights while supporting cross-functional teamsKeen eye for inefficiencies for process improvementExperience preparing financial statements and required disclosuresHands-on experience with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPointExposure to BI/data tools (Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME)Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to partner effectively with operations and senior leadershipIf you’re looking to apply your experience in a collaborative manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
