Senior Financial Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key finance partner to the Americas Go-To-Market organization, providing financial insight and decision support across sales performance, orders, and operational execution. This role is highly visible and will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership to drive revenue growth, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance business visibility.The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with systems expertise, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, OneStream, Oracle, and Epicor to deliver actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with Americas Go-To-Market leadership to analyze sales performance, orders, backlog, and revenue trendsSupport the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of monthly and quarterly financial results, forecasts, and key business driversAssist in the development of the annual budget and long-range (3-year) financial plan, with a focus on revenue and commercial driversBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales, orders, and operational KPIsLeverage Salesforce data to analyze pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, and forecast accuracyDevelop and enhance reporting that connects orders to revenue and operational executionPrepare and distribute recurring reporting packages, including:Weekly sales orders, backlog, and shipments reportingMonthly consolidated financial resultsQuarterly business performance reportingSupport the preparation of executive and Board of Directors materialsLeverage and expand OneStream capabilities to improve forecasting processes and reporting automationIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced data visualizationPerform ad hoc analysis to support strategic commercial and operational initiativesQUALIFICATIONSKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for dashboard development and data visualizationStrong working knowledge of Salesforce reporting and data structuresExperience with ERP systems such as Oracle and/or EpicorExperience with financial systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, or similar tools preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDemonstrated ability to improve processes and drive automationStrong attention to detail and data accuracyEffective communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, public accounting, or a manufacturing environmentExperience supporting commercial, sales, or revenue-focused functions strongly preferredExperience in a multi-location or global organization preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to sit for extended periods of time#INDMaxcess is an equal employment opportunity employer.
