Procurement Engineer Sr - E3
Overview
In this role you help strengthen the supply chain for defense programs by assessing supplier capability, developing roadmaps, and mitigating risks. You will work with program Procurement Engineering teams to reduce disruptions and drive affordability through automation and standardization. The role involves collaboration across functions, process improvements, and implementing strategic procurement actions. You will contribute to mission-focused initiatives and help ensure on-time, high-quality results at scale.

Key requirementsBachelor's degree in a related disciplineExperience working with suppliers or subcontractorsAbility to facilitate cross-functional teams and discussions to drive resultsProject Management experienceAbility to obtain a secret clearanceAbility to read and interpret drawings and industry specificationsCross-functional collaborationFacilitation and communicationAnalytical thinking and problem solvingExperience with process simulation tools (e.g., SIMIO)Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltRisk management
