Job Summary We are seeking a *strong Python Developer with hands-on automation experience* to join our Business Support team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing Python-based automation solutions, debugging software, supporting internal users, and improving automation platforms. You will work closely with the Lead Developer and cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, test, and maintain automation solutions supporting *automotive multimedia systems*. This position is best suited for a hands-on developer who enjoys *Python development, automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement*. Key Responsibilities * Develop, enhance, and maintain automation solutions using *Python*. * Build and maintain Python scripts, automation frameworks, and platform features. * Support the Lead Developer with code changes, enhancements, debugging, and technical implementation. * Troubleshoot software and automation issues and perform root-cause analysis. * Provide technical support to internal users of automation tools and platforms. * Perform software testing, quality assurance, debugging, and validation. * Develop automation solutions supporting automotive multimedia/head-unit systems. * Collaborate with developers, engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. * Identify opportunities to improve automation tools, workflows, and processes. * Participate in Agile development activities. * Support production tools and internal automation platforms. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * *8+ years of hands-on Python development/scripting experience.* * Strong experience developing *Python-based automation solutions*. * Experience with automation frameworks, tools, platforms, or scripting. * Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities. * Experience working in an *Agile development environment*. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders. * Proactive mindset with a focus on improving tools and processes. * *Total professional experience should not exceed 10 years.* Preferred Qualifications * Experience with *FastAPI* and REST APIs. * Experience working in *Linux/Unix environments*. * Experience with *React/TypeScript*. * Experience with hardware-control scripting such as *I2C, GVIF, and Serial*. * Experience with automotive communication protocols such as *CAN, CAN FD, and Automotive Ethernet*. * Experience with *AWS or GCP*. * Experience developing automated testing solutions for automotive multimedia systems. * Knowledge of automotive software development environments. * Experience supporting production automation tools or internal platforms. * Experience with *Git, CI/CD, and debugging tools*. * Experience with AI agents, machine learning models, or AI-based automation.
