Job Description Administration Assistant needed immediately for a fast-growing company in Gastonia, NC. We are looking for licensed Property-Casualty Insurance Agents, but we will train and pay for the licenses of the right candidates.ResponsibilitiesAnswer telephones and assist clients with all policy questions or concerns. Direct calls to the proper persons and take messages as needed.Provide and verify general and non-technical information to inquiries over the telephone or in person.Take payments and provide a receipt to customers in person or by phoneContact customers from the agent's book of business and conduct Customer Protection ReviewsProvides customer service to policyholders as neededAssists customers with problems, complaints, and other issuesNotifies agent/office manager of problems occurring in the support area and recommends a solutionClaims Follow-Up ProcessWrite Home and Auto policies as needed for ClientsA high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.RequirementsAn NC Property and Casualty Insurance License or willing to get one.
