As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, delicious catfish dishes to our valued customers. Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare and cook catfish and other menu items in accordance with Catfish Corner's recipes and quality standards. Station Management: Manage your assigned cooking station efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of dishes during peak hours. Quality Control: Maintain consistency in food quality by adhering to portion sizes, presentation, and flavor profiles. Cleanliness: Follow hygiene and sanitation standards to keep the cooking area and equipment clean and organized. Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about the menu, including ingredients and cooking techniques, and provide guidance to customers if needed. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role Culinary Skills: Strong cooking skills, particularly in frying catfish and managing a fast-paced kitchen environment. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure during peak hours. Hygiene Standards: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
