This initiative requires a structured, end‑to‑end approach—from assessment and planning through delivery—and strong coordination across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.This is a high‑visibility role ideal for someone who has successfully delivered complex technology programs in government or regulated environments and brings deep familiarity with cybersecurity initiatives.What You’ll LeadFull lifecycle project management for a major cybersecurity programPlanning, governance alignment, and structured delivery across multiple phasesCoordination with technical SMEs, business stakeholders, and vendor partnersRisk, issue, and change management across a multi‑stakeholder environmentDevelopment of project documentation, schedules, and reporting materialsFacilitation of decision‑making forums and executive updatesOversight of cybersecurity‑related assessments, implementations, and integrationsEnsuring compliance with public‑sector governance, stage gates, and approval processesWhat You BringStrong background managing complex technology projects, ideally in cybersecurityExperience working with government agencies or regulated public‑sector environmentsProven ability to lead multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder initiativesExpertise in structured project delivery, governance, and risk managementAbility to communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, and vendorsFamiliarity with cybersecurity programs, frameworks, or implementationsStrong organizational, facilitation, and documentation skillsIdeal Experience10+ years of project management experiencePrior work on cybersecurity modernization effortsPublic‑sector or government project experiencePMP, PMI‑ACP, or similar certifications are a plusPrime Team Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
