Program Manager

Role: Program ManagerLocation: Mason. OH(Onsite)Mode: Contract (No Visa Sponsorship)Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of medium to large-scale programs and projects.Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps with clear ownership and accountability.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.Serve as the primary point of contact between business, technology, and client stakeholders.Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and provide regular program updates and executive reporting.Manage project budgets, financial performance, and margins while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.Proactively identify delivery risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution.Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting cadence, and program health dashboards.Lead cross-functional onsite and offshore teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Drive Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies based on business needs.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and delivery best practices.Required Skills:8–12 years of experience in Program or Project Management.Proven success delivering medium to large-scale enterprise programs.Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.Hands-on experience managing project budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization.Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Insurance, or Retail domains.Exposure to onsite/offshore delivery models.PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.Experience with Jira, MS Project, Clarity, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.RegardsPraveen Kumar Talent Acquisition Group – Strategic Recruitment Managerpraveen.r@themesoft.com| Themesoft Inc
