Role Description This is a full-time on-site Litigation Associate role based in Newport Beach, CA. The Litigation Associate will handle a range of responsibilities including drafting legal motions, conducting legal research, preparing for and attending depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires collaboration with other attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service and achieve favorable outcomes. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law with an understanding of legal principles and practicesProficiency in drafting legal Motions and related documentsExperience with in-depth Research to support legal arguments and casesSkills in planning and conducting Depositions effectivelyFamiliarity with courtroom procedures and experience representing clients in CourtsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCalifornia Bar admission in good standingExperience in employment or healthcare law is a strong plus
