Plaintiff's Litigation ParalegalPhiladelphia Office – Saltz Mongeluzzi BendeskySaltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky is seeking an experienced and motivated Plaintiff's Litigation Paralegal to join our Philadelphia office. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with trial attorneys on complex catastrophic injury cases in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesReport directly to trial attorneys and provide case support from intake through litigationDraft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motionsManage and track discovery deadlines and oversee productionMaintain extensive communication with clients and medical providersManage both pre-litigation and active litigation case filesReview, analyze, and organize case materialsCompile, review, and summarize medical recordsResearch and resolve governmental liens (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, tax liens)Communicate with defense counsel as neededAnalyze and calculate wage loss claimsPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree required5–6 years of experience in catastrophic injury civil litigation (plaintiff-side preferred)Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesDemonstrated compassion and professionalism when working with clientsSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyStrong computer proficiency; experience with case management software requiredFamiliarity with FileVine and Microsoft 365 preferredTeam-oriented mindset with a collaborative approachCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including:Health insurancePaid time off (PTO) and holidaysLife insuranceShort-term and long-term disability (STD & LTD)401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution
