This full-time role requires a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, substantial teaching experience, and strong leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will implement an academic vision centered on experiential learning, manage operational aspects, and foster community engagement. Salary range is $90,000–$130,000 annually.
