Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Construction Estimator/Project Manager Skillforce has teamed up with one of the leading commercial fence companies to find a Construction Estimator/Project Manager to work on commercial fence projects out of their Chantilly, VA office. This is a full-time position with this company.Construction Estimator/Project Manager Responsibilities Review project scope of work to ensure full understanding of client requirements, timelines, and deliverables prior to preparing estimates and proposalsAnalyze building plans, drawings, and specifications to identify material requirements, labor needs, and potential project challenges or cost impactsCompile detailed cost estimates and develop comprehensive proposals, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to ensure accurate and competitive bidsCommunicate with clients throughout the bidding process, responding to questions, clarifying project details, and maintaining strong professional relationships to support successful bid outcomesUtilize Salesforce to manage all aspects of project tracking, including maintaining client records, tracking bid status, organizing project documentation, and monitoring communication historyConstruction Estimator/Project Manager Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in estimating, project coordination, construction administration, or a related roleStrong ability to read and interpret building plans, blueprints, and technical specificationsProven experience preparing detailed cost estimates and project proposals with a high level of accuracyProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM/project management software for tracking projects, client communications, and bid activityConstruction industry experience preferred; experience in commercial construction is a plusMust pass pre-employment drug screen to include marijuana testingConstruction Estimator/Project Manager Compensation & Benefits Pay: Different pay structures based on commission, typical first year about $80k, typical average after 1st year $110-$130kCar stipend and gas allowanceComprehensive benefits packagePTO401kOpportunities for growthIf you are a Construction Estimator/Project Manager, looking for long-term career potential with one of the largest commercial fence companies, apply today!
