Sales Associate/Suiting Specialist

J. Parker Ltd has been serving Savannah and the Low Country for over 50 years with a total of 5 stores across the area. Responsibilities Greet customers and inquire about their needs and preferences. Help customers find the perfect clothing items based on their size, style, and occasion. Measure customers to ensure a proper fit. Showcase product features and benefits. Answer questions about clothing care and maintenance. Maintain the clothing displays and keep the store floor organized. Operate the cash register and process customer payments. Upsell and cross-sell additional items. Maintain awareness of current sales and promotions. May assist with inventory management and stocking shelves. Skills Required Experience in custom suiting/tailoring Excellent customer service skills Strong product knowledge of men's clothing, including different fits, styles, and fabrics Ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales and upselling skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management skills Patience and a positive attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Shift: 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: Savannah, GA 31405 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Savannah, GA 31405: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
