Assembler/ Operator

Operator *Location:* Temecula, CA *Shifts:* 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift Job Summary We are seeking an *Operator II* to support manufacturing and production operations in a hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with *microscopes and hand tools*, follow established procedures, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, visual acuity, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Perform manufacturing and production operations according to established procedures and work instructions. * Work comfortably with *microscopes* for detailed inspection and production activities. * Use hand tools to manipulate, handle, assemble, or inspect components. * Read, write, and interpret work instructions, procedures, and other production documentation. * Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards. * Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. * Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout production activities. * Safely handle and move materials weighing less than 50 lbs. Required Qualifications * Ability to pass a *visual/eye examination and color vision test*. * Comfortable working with microscopes. * Ability to read, write, and interpret information. * Basic mathematical skills. * Ability to use hand tools and perform detailed manual tasks. Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
