Senior Program Manager, Small Business Growth Marketing

Senior Program Manager, Online MarketingResponsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer and prospect actions among small businesses and to improve the small business experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop & execute comprehensive B2B customer journey campaigns targeting small businesses using a combination of owned and paid channels.Identify and develop impactful marketing tests across the entire customer journey and develop a comprehensive roadmap for execution.Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Analysts and Product to set and achieve bold targets for increasing employer engagement at scale.Qualifications & ExperienceRequires a minimum of 10 years related experience; or 8 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.Experience in building strategy for cross-channel marketing campaigns, including email, retargeting, in-product notifications, and other channels to reach existing customers.Proven ability to measure marketing campaign performance, establish ROI, and use data-driven insights to refine the overall strategy and roadmap.Experience prioritizing, managing, and reporting on multiple campaigns in various channels for an existing customer base.Experience building campaigns across CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, paid marketing and retargeting.Demonstrated collaboration with marketing, product, customer service, sales, UX, engineering and data science teams.Strong analytical skills, passion for testing and measuring results; experience designing holdout and A/B tests.At this time, we are not considering candidates for this role who are based in San Francisco Bay Area, California.Salary Range TransparencyTier 1 – United States: $97,000 – $145,000 per yearTier 2 – United States: $107,000 – $161,000 per yearTier 3 – United States: $118,000 – $178,000 per yearThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
