Duties Lead engaging educational activities tailored to preschool-aged children during split shifts, ensuring each session is fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interaction and emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes learning and safety at all times Supervise children closely during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed Support team members in creating a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates diversity and individuality Experience Prior experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
