Geisinger - - Responsibilities: Perform venipunctures and skin punctures on patients of all ages; Obtain blood specimens and process specimens for analysis and register patients in computer systems; Perform accessioning and processing to ensure positive identification of specimens; Troubleshoot discrepancies and evaluate specimen suitability; Provide phlebotomy coverage to Medical Group offices, skilled nursing facilities, or in-home phlebotomy as needed
