Laboratory Assistant

We partner with design professionals throughout the development, planning and construction phases of a project to facilitate their understanding, interpretation and application of code. Such collaboration results in a cohesive, well-planned and sustainable path to a successful project. Role Responsibilities: Receive, demold and place specimens in curing room Provides clear documentation of findings and results. Clean lab equipment used for testing. Assist with lab testing of construction materials. Other duties as needed. Weekly Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7-3pm Friday: 10-2pm Sunday: 1-5pm Pay Range: $16 - $18 per hour Required Skills: Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision Possess physical strength, stamina and dexterity for repeatedly lifting and moving Strong attention to detail Excellent command of the English language both verbally and in writing. Ability to read and interpret documents. The capacity to operate portable electronic devices including company issued computer with ease and at the necessary pace Ability to obtain other required certifications. Required qualifications: Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
